Get ready for your taste buds to bloom at this year’s East End Restaurant Week as you celebrate Spring with Bistro 72’s special, seasonal menu from April 8th through April 15th.
Executive Chef Deb Scherer has created a mouthwatering three-course menu designed to highlight our farm to table offering. Choose between our refreshing Plum Tomato Bisque or Baby Kale Salad dressed with a smoked paprika vinaigrette to start things off. Then move to the main course, where you’ll have a choice between five different selections: Delicate Sea Scallops with creme fraiche polenta and spinach; Savory Blackened Salmon with a coconut risotto; New York Strip Steak with Broccolini and Mashed Potatoes; or Chicken Carbonara with Applewood Bacon atop Pappardelle Noodles or Vegetable Ravioli served with a Yellow Tomato Marinara.
The finale is a fine selection of desserts designed to put a smile on your face. Indulge in a Vanilla Bean Rice Pudding dressed with Whipped Cream, a New York Cheesecake drizzled with chocolate sauce or a refreshing scoop of cinnamon or caramel Ice Cream.
