For a limited-time only, try the Ramen Noodle Soup on our LI Winterfest prix fixe dinner menu. The chewy, yet tender noodles float gently in a vegetable broth with miso-scented lemongrass,  mushrooms, sourced locally the East End Mushroom Company, and baby spinach. The soup will be available at dinnertime for the duration of Winterfest, until March 18th. If it gets enough love from customers, it will return on our spring menu.

Another must-try is our Vegetable Ravioli. Available during dinnertime, the Vegetable Ravioli has been a mainstay and continues to be popular with Bistro 72’s regulars. It’s stuffed with asparagus and mushrooms. The chef sources the ravioli from Lisa Marie’s Pasta in Centerport. To top it all off, the chef adds a drizzle of yellow tomato marinara sauce. Creamy, filling, and ultimately very tasty, this vegan dish will turn even the most dedicated carnivore into a veggie-lover and keep the veggie-lovers asking for more.

At lunch, go for the Local Vegetable Wrap. You’ll have your choice of a tomato basil or spinach and flour wrap stuffed with roasted local vegetables, organic greens, hummus, kale pesto, and marinated gigante white beans. It also comes with a side of our famous Bistro 72 Salad. This salad is made with organic greens, strawberries, red onion, candied walnuts and drizzled in a  champagne vinaigrette.
