With the arrival of longer days and warmer evenings comes the return of Bistro 72’s Summer Patio Series. From May through October, we invite you to join us on our patio where you can indulge in new libations and listen to local musical acts.

Each evening’s beverage selection will be perfectly paired with a specialty menu. What better way to celebrate summer on Long Island than with live entertainment, unique bites, exciting craft beers, and specialty wines and spirits?

Thursday, May 10 6-9 PM | Champagne Social with La Luna Prosecco and the East End Trio

On May 10, we’ll be popping the bubbly to celebrate the beginning of our Patio Series. Savor the light, crisp flavor of La Luna Prosecco while taking in some of your favorite tunes from the 60s through today with a performance by popular local band, the East End Trio.

Gin and Jazz — it’s a classic combination that flappers and partygoers on Long Island have approved of for decades. Sip chilled cocktails made with Koval Gin while the smooth Jazz sounds of Johnny Sax carry you through a relaxing early summer evening.

An evening on our patio will feel like a trip to Provence during this event featuring a Cotes du Provence rosé by Aime Roquesante. This selection is perfect for mid-summer, with notes of strawberry, watermelon, and cherries. You’re sure to enjoy the world through rosé-colored glasses while listening to vintage jazz and swing standards by Vanessa Trouble, a talented vocalist who performs across Manhattan and the Hamptons.

Raise a glass of Widow Jane, whiskey distilled here in New York that’s looking to unseat more traditionally popular Kentucky bourbon whiskeys. This award-winning liquor offers rich flavor and aroma that will pair perfectly with a finger-licking good barbecue menu.

The all-American vibes will continue with Folk Rock tunes by Dave March. A local singer/songwriter, bass player, and a founding member of critically-acclaimed ensemble Miles to Dayton, March will set the tone for a flavorful BBQ and Whiskey night.

McKenzie’s Cider will host our last evening of the 2018 Patio Series and it’s sure to be the Fall celebration you’re craving. You’ll enjoy an eclectic music selection from April Rain along with a paired menu designed to complement the delicious cider.

What better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than our Mother’s Day Brunch? Executive Chef, Deb Scherer, and her team are cooking for Mom’s everywhere with their specially designed  Bistro 72 Mother’s Day Menu featuring Brunch classics, and some new spring selections.

Surprise Mom with a Sparkling Point ‘Mom’-osa or a flavorful Bloody Local, our East End inspired version of the classic Bloody Mary. Design your own breakfast with our “Just Your Way” Three Egg Omelet or go with a classic Eggs Benedict with a drizzle of Hollandaise sauce and a lean medallion of Canadian Bacon. Tempt your taste buds with our refreshing Melon and Burrata Salad and sample one of the latest food trends: Avocado Toast with a Fried Egg. Or try our Vegetable Wrap, stuffed with an abundance of fresh vegetables from local East End farmers, bringing you a fresh farm-to-table experience.

We have many classic brunch favorites on the menu, too! Our Bistro 72 BLT dressed with Applewood thick cut Bacon, Beefsteak Tomatoes and crispy lettuce topped with Sriracha Mayonnaise on Brioche Bread has just the right balance of flavors that will leave you wanting more. If Mom is in the mood for our lunch favorites, she can enjoy our Lox Platter or  Bone-In Rack of Lamb with Whipped Potatoes, Asparagus and a Red Wine Demi-glace.
