Dining Events on the East End

Dining Events on the East End

What better way to spend the winter months by exploring Long Island’s local cuisine. Indulge in the Island made wines, seafood and farm raised meat and poultry. At Bistro 72, we serve an array of foods whether you’re interested in a casual bite to eat or a fine dining experience. To keep the excitement of cuisine alive, we host one-of-a-kind dining events on the East End.

You might remember in January Bistro 72 hosted Cooking with Crooked, which features Bistro’s dishes paired with locally made Crooked Ladder Brewery draughts. Well, now we’re letting the deliciousness continue with Meet the Masters.

We believe that local cuisines deserve to be paired with the finest local beer, wine and spirits. That’s why we want to teach our guests how to top off the perfect meal and give them every opportunity to celebrate one of the best dining events on the East End. With fast-food and chain restaurants, many do not find time anymore to treat the taste buds or even enjoy a well-cooked meal. Bistro 72 wants to give that opportunity back to you.

We also want to surround you with the contemporary but comfortable atmosphere that you deserve when enjoying dinner. Meet the Masters is set up to do just that.

This dinner series is designed to feature a 3 course meal created by our very own chef, James. Each dish is paired with a beer, wine or spirit depending on what day you choose to have dinner with us. The right libations bring out the flavors in each dish. Here’s what we have going on the next couple of weeks:
