More Than Just a Valentine’s Day Dinner, Bistro 72 is an Experience

Our Executive Chef, Deb Scherer, has designed a three-course prix fixe menu that will delight your date. Begin with a Seafood Bisque dressed with a touch of chives and just a hint of a sherry cream. Or perhaps a delicate Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with a spicy aioli will tickle your fancy. You can always choose our refreshing Bistro 72 Salad, a delightful presentation of organic mesclun, crisp apples, chopped walnuts, delicate prosciutto, all topped with gorgonzola cheese and a sparkling champagne vinaigrette to start your meal off on the right note.

Our entrée selections have been tailored to show your valentine that this evening is extra special. A buttery Lobster Risotto with spring peas and saffron sauce or Chicken Bianco served in a white wine butter reduction over pappardelle noodles will dance on your plate. Perhaps our Chef’s petite filet mignon or rack of lamb is what your heart desires. For the vegan and vegetarians still looking to be pampered this Valentine’s Day, we have prepared a divine dish of squash stuffed with quinoa, spinach, cranberries and Daiya cheese topped with a pomegranate balsamic.

As if struck by cupid’s arrow, you will complete your dinner with a choice of a decadent Flourless Chocolate Gateau topped with whipped cream and dressed with a beautiful raspberry coulis. Or perhaps our hard cider Caramel Apple Cobbler a la Mode topped with a butter crumble and cinnamon ice cream will be just the perfect dessert to top your evening.
