-Gail Storm, a New York based singer/songwriter/pianist, performs on the national and international circuits. Influenced by the blues, her fans compare her to a combination of modern day performers Diana Krall and Marcia Ball, with shades of Amy Winehouse. “The Storm” is known to have a “heavy left hand” with her strong, rhythmic bass lines–particularly evident in the “boogie-woogie”. She has opened for Maria Muldaur, Henry Butler, and Bakithi Kumalo (of Paul Simon) and led ensembles with WyCliffe Gordon, Jerry Weldon, Toby Walker, Jake Clemons, Peter Ecklund, Vinny Raniolo, and Adam Rapa. In addition to her performance schedule, Gail also leads various multi-media music themed presentations such as “Women in the Blues”, which explores the Blues Divas from the 1920s. Gail has several recordings, including a live recording from the Vail-Leavitt Music Hall in Riverhead. She also has radio, film, television, and theater appearances to her credit. -Miranda Gatewood, a bassist and vocalist, has toured with the late Blues Hall of Famer Sam Taylor, electric violinist Heather “Little Mama” Hardy and drummer Mario Stiano at the Baltimore Blues Festival and in clubs in NJ and PA. She is well-versed at high-energy Chicago Blues with Doug “Harmonica” McLean; “Nawlins” second-line feel with Tommy Keys and has performed onstage and on the air with Hooch and the Bluesicians. As a longtime member of The Mojos, she opened for Blues legend James Cotton, Buster Poindexter and for Johnny Winter with Frank Latorre. -Doug Morrow, drummer and composer, attended the Berklee School of Music and has worked with some of New York’s finest players. Doug expanded his work into television production and formed D.A.M. Video Inc. and counts HBO, NBC, Madison Square Garden, Jim Henson Productions, United Nations Television and PBS among his clients. Doug is an Associate Professor of Television at Hofstra University.
