Make every day special. We’re bringing back the Seven Days of Bistro 72, with all new specials that will have you wanting to come by every day of the week! Whether your idea of a perfect night out includes a classic martini, trendy rosé or frozen margarita on the patio, Bistro 72 is sure to have a special that’s made for you.

Martini Madness Monday

This will have you looking forward to Monday! Mondays feature ½ price martinis plus Happy Hour from 4-7 pm and our $29 Prix Fixe Dinner. Try some Bistro 72 favorites like the Cranberry-infused Martini or our Coconut Cloud Martini.

Tuesday Rosé

Tuesday brings all things rosé. We feature ½ price on all rosé bottles, glasses and flights.
Happy Hour is from 4-7 pm and our three-course Prix Fixe Dinner starts at just $29 per person.

Wine and Dine Wednesday

Enjoy a glass or two with ½ price bottles of wine. For added enjoyment, we feature Happy Hour from 4-7 pm and our $29 Prix Fixe dinner, which features many local and seasonally-grown ingredients. Plus, don’t miss Lydia on Piano from 6-8 pm.

Sparkling Thursdays

Toast to the weekend that’s just around the corner with our ½ price feature on all sparkling wine and champagne. Happy Hour is from 4-7 pm, our Prix Fixe dinner starts at $29 per person, and live music entertains from 6-9 pm. Cheers!

Friday Kick-off

Give Dad the Gift of BBQ

This Father’s Day, give Dad the gift he really wants: something hot off the BBQ and a cold one to wash it down.

Bistro 72 will be serving up a special Father’s Day afternoon BBQ from noon until close with complimentary live music from Keith Sloane. This prix fixe menu includes a starter, BBQ entree, dessert and Dad’s first drink on us for only $45 plus tax and gratuity.

Kick things off with our Tomato Bisque, Bistro Salad or Lobster Mac and Cheese. Then dive into our finger-lickin’ mains: the NY Strip Steak, served with herb butter; a Mesquite Half Chicken; Baby Back Ribs with a jerk rub; or Grilled Shrimp Skewers. All entrees come served with a rustic potato salad, roasted brussel sprouts and corn on the cob.

Dads with a sweet tooth will love our dessert options. Go simple with Berries and Cream, a bit more flavorful with our bright, crunchy Peach Cobbler or indulge with our Flourless Chocolate Gateau.

You won’t need a secret handshake or a special knock on the door to get into this speakeasy. Everyone’s welcome at Bistro 72 for an evening hosted by Koval Gin, guaranteed to transport you back to a time when the jazz was smooth and the gin was ‘hot’.

Gin has been the elixir of many a sought-after drink. From an old-fashioned Gin and Tonic to the vintage James Bond Martini, we’ll be serving up classic favorites along with some new twists. Our Executive Chef Deb Scherer has fashioned a food pairing menu that will complement the specialty drinks for the evening, including a Wild Mushroom Flatbread with spinach, exotic mushrooms, goat and mozzarella cheeses and balsamic glaze and Mussels with plum tomatoes, chorizo, basil, and a garlic and butter wine sauce. For those seeking some hearty sustenance to counteract the libations, our spin on the Lobster Roll includes knuckle and claw lobster salad and is served with sea salt truffle fries.

As you savor your gin, Johnny Sax will entertain with his smooth jazz sounds. Performing across venues on Long Island for over 20 years, Johnny Sax has become a local favorite.

What’s the perfect side dish for Sunday brunch? Live music performed by local acts, of course!

This summer, Bistro 72 is debuting our Live Music Brunch series, a rotating group of local musicians that will be a satisfying addition to your meal. From 12-3 every Sunday, you can enjoy live music while you taste Chef Deb Scherer’s sweet and savory brunch confections.

Toast your weekend with our Daily Grind Martini. Fresh espresso, Frangelico, Baileys, and vanilla vodka seamlessly blend into a cocktail with enough kick to get you out and about. Or keep it classic with a Bloody Local featuring locally-made LiV Vodka, Murph’s Bloody Mary Mix and Holy Schmitt’s Horseradish.

Start your day on a hearty note with our Brunch Burger. This guest favorite features a whopping half-pound Angus beef patty on a brioche bun. The brunch twist comes courtesy of a fried egg and a delightfully sinful, buttery hollandaise sauce.

If you’re looking for a fresher option, try our take on Avocado Toast. Perfectly seasoned, served atop fresh baguette slices and topped with a just-runny fried egg, you’ll get your daily omega-3’s while still feeling like you’ve indulged.
