A Taste of Fall

The Autumn season is an exciting time, not only because of the changing of the leaves or the cool breezes befitting light jackets and sweaters. At Bistro 72 we love the warm, comforting and local autumn flavors you can experience in our cuisine. We are thrilled to unveil our new Fall menu next week. With the recent arrival of our new Chef Joey Cormier we’re debuting some new offerings and bringing new Fall twists to some old favorites.

A new addition to the appetizer menu includes Dirty Crunchy Martinis. This tasty starter is made with local Liv Vodka contains Jumbo Queen Olives which are soaked in Vodka and stuffed with bleu cheese and fried.

If you are in the mood for a fresh catch, a regular local favorite, the Eastern Long Island Steamed Mussels have been introduced with a whole new flavor. The mussels, provided by the local favorite Braun Seafood Company, are prepared with Bacon, Shallots, Mushrooms, Cream and Apple Brandy.

Of course we could give you one of our spectacular North Fork wine offerings. But why not try one of our signature Fall cocktails we’ve created. A standout is the Caramel Infused Apple Mule. This crafted cocktail is made with Caramel infused vodka 6100 and Granny Smith Apple Juice.
