Bistro 72 is proud to participate in the 11th annual LI Winterfest celebrating the fabulous East End musicians.  Every Friday and Saturday during this 4 week festival, you will be able to escape the wintery weather at Live at Bistro 72. Our Executive Chef, Deb Scherer, has prepared a ensemble of seasonal delicacies.

Jesse Barnes on Saturday, February 24 from 7-10pm

Jesse Barnes is a guitarist and composer based in Brooklyn. He grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where he was introduced to the guitar and started playing in local blues clubs. He’s spent 10 years playing in venues across the world such as New Orleans, Chicago or Brazil. His music incorporates bossa nova and jazz.

Dave March on Saturday March 3 from 7-10pm

Dave March is a local singer/songwriter, bass player, and a founding member of critically-acclaimed folk rock ensemble Miles to Dayton. His influences include Ryan Adams, Johnny Cash, Ray Lamontagne, John Lennon to name a few. Dave has shared the stage with artists such as Jen Chapin, Tom Paxton, Richie Havens and Levon Helm’s Dirt Farmer band.

April Rain on Saturday March 10 from 7-10pm

April Rain is a musical duo located on Long Island, NY. An eclectic song list entertains all ages. They want you to sit back enjoy the music along with your company and meal. But they can also bring it up, in volume and tempo and get you up and dancing as well.

Dinny Keg on Saturday, March 17 from 7-10pm

The Dinny Keg Band plays variety of covers ranging from U2, Coldplay, Rolling Stones and Train…among other favorites. Originally from Ireland, this band bring an authentic Irish vibe to any song they perform.

You can always choose our refreshing Bistro 72 Salad, a delightful presentation of organic mesclun, crisp apples, chopped walnuts, delicate prosciutto, all topped with gorgonzola cheese and a sparkling champagne vinaigrette to start your meal off on the right note.

Our entrée selections have been tailored to show your valentine that this evening is extra special. A buttery Lobster Risotto with spring peas and saffron sauce or Chicken Bianco served in a white wine butter reduction over pappardelle noodles will dance on your plate. Perhaps our Chef’s petite filet mignon or rack of lamb is what your heart desires. For the vegan and vegetarians still looking to be pampered this Valentine’s Day, we have prepared a divine dish of squash stuffed with quinoa, spinach, cranberries and Daiya cheese topped with a pomegranate balsamic.
